My Favourite Season Autumn  There are six seasons in West Bengal. The Autumn season is one of them. I like this season too much. It comes in between summer and winter. It’s a very healthy season because it’s either too hot or too cold. We are blessed with a normal temperature in this season. The season works as a transmitter of summer to winter when the days become shorter gradually. The specialty of this season is that the trees release their leaves in this season. This is why it is also known as fall. This is supposed as a temperature favor season in India because the weather becomes perfect during this season.   Bappi Lahiri    Man is mortal but there are few persons in the world who immortalizes themselves by their works on earth- Bappi Lahiri was one of them.  Bappi Lahiri was an Indian singer and music composer. He was born on 27 November 1952 in Sirajganj, Bangladesh ( now Jalpaiguri, West Bengal). His parents were Aparesh Lahiri & Bansari Lahiri.  He was a nephew of the legendary Indian singer Kishore Kumar.  Since childhood, he was interested in music. At the age of 3, he started playing the tabla, and later, he learned other musical instruments, like piano, drums, guitar, saxophone, bongos, and dholak.  He got immense popularity as a music composer with the Bollywood film 'Zakhmee' (1975).  He composed music and sung songs in many Bollywood films, including Chalte Chalte (1976), Disco Dancer' (1982), Namak Halaal' (1982), 'Sharaabi' (1984), 'Dharma Karma' (1997), 'Taxi No. 9211 (2006), The Dirty Picture (2011), and Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017).
